IBoard Ethernet Development Platform Series

Iboard Serial is a unique Arduino board which features a WIZnet Ethernet port, an XBee socket, nRF24L01+ module interface and other extended functionality. This board will add wireless XBee / nRF24L01+ control as well as Internet connectivity to your projects. It’s great for anything from home automation to robot control. The possibilities are endless!

1. IBoard

IBoard can be used as an Ethernet, wireless communication project development platform. IBoard support POE (power on Ethernet) power supply, and Micro SD for mass storage. There are some 3pin electronic brick/ sensor brick interface breakout on board, it offer an easy way for a quick prototyping. You can setup a web server through which you may communicate with a remote Arduino using XBee radios, Bluetooth or APC modules. This information can be posted to a web site, or to Twitter.

The board requires FTDI basic board to upload sketch, you can use our Foca board to do it. IBoard can be powered by a mini USB , power Jack or POE.

2. IBoard Ex

IBoard Ex is basis on Arduino Leonardo, in the parameters, it’s  similar to the IBoard, but the most important improvement  is IBoard Ex don’t need a external FTDI basic board to connect it with PC, you can connect it with PC and download the code just directly by a type mini USB cable.

3. IBoard Pro

IBoard Pro is basis on Arduino MEGA 2560. So in the parameters, it has more I/O resource, larger RAM and FLASH. IBoard Pro is designed to compatible with ITDB02 series LCD modules, and has a on board RTC. It’s much more external resource than IBoard and IBoard Ex, if you are going to start a Ethernet project with display and wireless, it will be the best choice.
