ZigBee 3.0 USB Dongle is pre-flashed with the Silicon Labs Zigbee stack from their EmberZNet 6.7.8 SDK as the application firmware, which means that it can be used out of the box as a ZigBee coordinator on Home Assistant and openHAB.

ZigBee 3.0 USB Dongle use EFR32MG21 as the ZigBee chip, pre-flashed with the Silicon Labs Zigbee stack from their EmberZNet 6.7.8 SDK as the application firmware,
with EZSP interface activated plus their standard Gecko bootloader for possible recovery with serial interfaces.

It works with Home Assistant and openHAB straight out of the box. Meanwhile, for the OTA flash alternative, we provide the NCP firmware based on EmberZNet 6.5.5 SDK.

The Elelabs EZSP Firmware Upgrade Utility can be used to flash the firmware to a newer or older version.
